• Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Platform: A dashboard and tools for reputation management, review automation, customer relationship management (CRM), and general marketing automation.
• AI Products: Advanced AI-powered products, including outbound and inbound calling bots, and live chat automation tools.
• Digital Products: Various one-off digital products, guides, or templates offered for a single payment.

3. Payment, Subscriptions, and Trials

3.1. Subscription Services

Our primary platform is offered on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly or annual auto-renewal). By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

3.2. One-Off Products

Digital products are purchased for a single, non-recurring fee.

3.3. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period, ranging from 7 to 30 days, to new subscribers. You may be required to provide payment information to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin, and you will be charged the first subscription fee.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a full refund for the first 30 days of any new subscription, starting from the date of the initial payment. After this 30-day period, all subscription payments are non-refundable, regardless of usage.

4.2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access until that date.

4.3. Digital Product Refunds

Refunds for one-off digital products may be handled on a case-by-case basis, as outlined at the point of sale.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree not to use the services to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law, including data protection and telemarketing regulations.
• Use the AI calling or messaging features for illegal or fraudulent activities, spam, harassment, or to promote hate speech.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or networks connected to the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology used in the Rebild.ai services are the proprietary property of Digital Developers Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Rebild.ai is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Digital Developers Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Developers Ltd from any claims or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
